SkyCrest Roofing strips tired siding and rebuilds the exterior from the sheathing out across Sixteen Mile Stand, OH. ISA-certified crews choose materials for local conditions and finish each wall cleanly.
Look for damage that is spread out rather than isolated. Several walls with bowed, split, or loose panels, rot along seams and bottom edges, siding that has aged well past its prime, or stains and soft spots that keep reappearing after patching are all signs the wall is losing its fight with water. At that stage, new siding usually costs less than another round of repairs.
With SkyCrest Roofing, the old siding comes completely off, so we can inspect what lies beneath instead of hiding it. We repair damaged sheathing, install fresh water-resistive wrap and flashing, hang the new siding, and haul every scrap away. The new wall is built on a clean slate.
1. Walk-through and product choice. We look over your walls with you and compare materials that make sense for your budget, your style, and Sixteen Mile Stand, OH's climate.
2. Materials arrive. Everything is ordered and delivered ahead of the start date so the crew can work without waiting.
3. Old siding removed. Panels come off in manageable sections while we shield landscaping, windows, and walkways.
4. Wall inspection. We probe the sheathing for soft or rotted spots and replace anything compromised before closing the wall again.
5. New layers installed. Wrap, flashing, and siding go on in the right order, each fastened according to the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Final review. We walk the completed exterior with you, then clear tools and debris from the property.
The size of the house, the amount of trim and detail, how many windows and doors it has, and the product you select all shape the project. We cover each factor with you before work begins.
Installers earn ISA certification before running a replacement independently. We are fully licensed and insured, follow every manufacturer's installation requirements, and put a written workmanship warranty behind the finished job.
Most family homes take a few days, depending on size and detail. We confirm a realistic schedule before the first panel comes off.
We pause, show you the damage, explain what repair is needed, and wait for your decision before doing any additional work.
Of course. We present options that suit your house, your budget, and the weather in Sixteen Mile Stand, OH, then help you narrow down to the one that will serve you longest.
We protect them with coverings and barriers, and we pick up debris at the end of each workday so the site stays tidy.
Our workmanship is guaranteed in writing. Manufacturers warrant their own products on different terms, and we clarify which coverage applies to your materials.
